Mark Madden

CEO & Founder

Mark Madden founded WDC Properties in 1989. After spending many years in the real estate industry as a property broker and owner of Colliers Internation Oregon offices, Mark found himself wandering towards more personal ventures that evolved from WDC, to the creation of EkoLiving Apartments in 2001. With expertise in the ever-changing Pacific Northwest real estate market, Mark stays ahead of market trends and seeks out up-and-coming locations for sustainable projects that will provide growth and value to the surrounding community.

 

ADMINISTRATION

 

Staci A.

Consultant

Staci has been working with WDC Properties since 2006. She has over 28 years of accounting experience. She assists with the administrative functions of the Company, including operations accounting, construction accounting, financing, and property acquisitions and dispositions. Staci received her Bachelor in Accounting from the University of Portland and is a licensed CPA in the State of Oregon.

Jami B.

Construction Accountant

Jami joined the staff at WDC Properties in June 2016 as a construction accountant. She oversees the accounting for WDC construction projects. She works closely with the project management team and subcontractors of WDC. Jami holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Portland State University with over 20 years of accounting experience. 

 

Melina B.

Senior Accountant

Melina joined our team in 2019 as the Assistant Vice President of Finance. She coordinates acquisitions, sales, construction, and permanent loan financing as well as overseeing commercial property management. Her responsibilities include assisting in the creation of budgets, rent rolls, and initial bank draw spreadsheets for construction loans. She assists with loan closings for property sales and purchases and manages existing loans and lender reporting for construction and permanent financing. Melina received her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Oregon University and has over 14 years of experience in accounting

 

Kiel G.

Office Manager

Kiel joined WDC Properties in January of 2021 as an Accounting Assistant, overseeing the Accounts Payables for Operations.  He moved into the role of Office Manager in August 2021.  Kiel helps with administration, general operations, A/P and A/R for Operations, IT, payroll and HR.  Kiel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Syracuse University, with over 12 years of Bookkeeping experience, as well as a background in construction.

 

Dana W.

Accounting Assistant

Dana came to WDC Properties in August 2021. She facilitates Accounts Payable for operations, working closely with our Property Management and Facilities teams and vendors. Dana holds a Master's degree in Gastronomy from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management from the Culinary Institute of America; she is currently seeking a post-baccalaureate certificate in Accounting from Portland State University and her CPA.

Frank Stock

Director of Development

Frank started as a project manager in 2013. With 25 years of experience in construction, his position quickly grew to VP of Construction, overseeing all new developments and the WDC construction team. Aside from ensuring high level of quality among all projects, Frank enjoys the creativity involved in a diverse portfolio of EkoLiving projects, and using low carbon footprint materials.

Adam Miller

Senior VP of Construction

Adam joined the team as a project manager in 2012. With over 30 years experience in custom home building and multi family housing projects, Adam continues to manage successful projects and building relationships that move beyond the job site.

Luke Meyers

Senior VP of Construction

Luke started as a project manager for WDC in 2007. Luke brings insight into his projects with previous roles at Prinz Construction and Goodlet Marshall Construction. As a project manager. Luke oversees the construction process for new projects while fine-tuning the craftsmanship of all WDC projects.  

 
 
 

Prudhvi Krishna Muttavarapu

Project Manager

Prudhvi joined the team as a Project Manager in 2023. He has over 15 years of experience in Project Management and holds a PMP certification from PMI. Prudhvi develops Project Score, Cost Estimates, Work Plans, Schedules, and Communication plans.

Brad Showers

Head of Facilities

Brad started in Facilities for WDC in 2019. Brad now manages the Facilities team responsible for maintaining properties, new tenant move-ins and handling work orders for all of the EkoLiving properties. Brad enjoys working to solve problems and appreciates that every day on the job is different and challenging in new ways.
