CEO & Founder
Mark Madden founded WDC Properties in 1989. After spending many years in the real estate industry as a property broker and owner of Colliers Internation Oregon offices, Mark found himself wandering towards more personal ventures that evolved from WDC, to the creation of EkoLiving Apartments in 2001. With expertise in the ever-changing Oregon real estate market, Mark stays ahead of market trends and seeks out up-and-coming locations for sustainable projects that will provide growth and value to the surrounding community.
Director of Finance
Ross started as Vice President of Finance for WDC Properties in January of 2017. Ross facilitates purchases and sales, as well as permanent and refinance loans. With a background in real estate, Ross manages all new construction, and oversees the construction draws for projects. Prior to WDC, Ross was a real estate attorney for several years at the law firm Reed Smith, LLP in Los Angeles, California.
Jami Becker joined the staff at WDC Properties in June 2016 as a construction accountant. She oversees the accounting for WDC construction projects. She works closely with the project management team and subcontractors of WDC. Jami holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Portland State University with over 20 years of accounting experience.
Multi-Site Property Manager
Marisa Albis joined our team in 2017 as a multi-site residential property manager. Marisa has over four years in property management experience. Working with a wide range of subsidized housing properties and lease-ups for luxury housing, Marisa brings a unique set of skills and experience to the team. Focusing on the comfort and satisfaction of her residents has always been Marisa’s specialty.
VP of Construction
Frank started as a project manager in 2013. With 25 years of experience in construction, his position quickly grew to VP of Construction, overseeing all new developments and the WDC construction team. Aside from ensuring high level of quality among all projects, Frank enjoys the creativity involved in a diverse portfolio of EkoLiving projects, and using low carbon footprint materials.
Adam joined the team as a project manager in 2012. With over 30 years experience in custom home building and multi family housing projects, Adam continues to manage successful projects and building relationships that move beyond the job site.
Luke started as a project manager for WDC in 2007. Luke brings insight into his projects with previous roles at Prinz Construction and Goodlet Marshall Construction. As a project manager. Luke oversees the construction process for new projects while fine-tuning the craftsmanship of all WDC projects.
Dustin started as a project manager at WDC Properties in 2018. Dustin oversees new construction projects with the goal of raising the standard among new residential properties in the Pacific Northwest. Dustin is always ready to take on the unexpected with attention to detail throughout the move-in process of new properties.
WDC has a passion for participating in charities to give back to the community that we love and support.
